Thimmanahalli Boraiah Jayachandra (29 July 1949)[1] is an Indian politician and former member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly[2] from the Indian National Congress.[3] He served as the Minister of Law and Parliamentary Affairs for Karnataka before losing his seat in 2018 assembly elections.[4] [5][6] [7]
