Taffy D. Howard (née Chewning)[1] is an American small business owner and politician who formerly served from 2017 to 2023 as a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives from the 33rd district.[2] A Republican, she has served the district since 2017.[3][4] She unsuccessfully ran for the U.S. House to represent South Dakota's at-large congressional district in 2022.
