Tainan Municipal Syuejia District Syuejia Elementary School (abbreviated as Syuejia Elementary School), located in Syuejia District, Tainan City, Taiwan, was originally established in 1906 as Syuejia Public School. Initially, classes were held in the side rooms of Syuejia CihJi Temple. In 1918, the school was relocated to the site where the current Private Tianren Industrial & Commercial Vocational High School stands. Due to a growing number of students, the school was expanded and relocated again in accordance with Syuejia’s 1937 urban development plan. In 1940, the school was moved to its current location.[3] In 2018, the old school building (at the Private Tianren Industrial & Commercial Vocational High School) of the former Syuejia Public School was registered as a historic building of Tainan City.
