Takuya Takagi (高木 琢也, Takagi Takuya, born November 12, 1967) is a Japanese football manager and former player. He played for Japan national team. He was a physical forward and the Japanese media and fans dubbed him as the Cannon of Asia.

His son Toshiya is also a footballer.
