Natalia Staude (/ˈstaʊdi/ STOW-dee;[1] born April 30, 2001) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a defender for Tampa Bay Sun FC of the USL Super League, on loan from the North Carolina Courage of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). She played college soccer for the Virginia Cavaliers and has represented the United States at the under-15 and under-17 level, winning CONCACAF championships at both levels. She was selected by the Courage in the 2024 NWSL Draft.
