Level of English poor throughout, including lead. To the point I can barely understand it, and don't understand what some parts are trying to say.
Lead about the right length
On structure:
'Nominations' is a very vague header and should be written sentence style, i.e. Nominations for PDI chairman (same goes for 'Opening', 'Candidates', 'Announcement')
'Reaction' should be its own section, of which 'Formation of CEC' would presumably a subsection
Fail things to work on from a structural perspective - detailed comments on writing would be too long and unnecessary, as it needs completely rewriting
The level of English gives this a quick fail - it can't be understood, if I were reviewing this as a new page I would suggest it goes to Draft or at least tag it with a translation template. Kingsif (talk) 22:23, 15 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
