Link the first occurrence of Cristian Castro in "Background and composition"
"by Colombian musician" → "by the Colombian musician" (WP:FALSETITLE)

"Although the album was met with mixed reviews, it achieved multi-platinum status and was named Latin pop artist of 2000 US by Billboard" — what does "2000 US" mean? Also, you should clarify that Castro was named "Latin pop artist of 2000 US", not the album. "Billboard" should also be italicized.
