Talk:Chevrolet Celta

Fiat Mille is actually called Fiat Uno Mille. It's not a rebrand, it's a Fiat Uno made to fit the <1000cc class, which has special tax rebates. Search for "uno mille" to confirm. Hrimhariw (talk) 14:05, 11 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yes and no... The FIAT Uno lineup received the Uno Mille as a new model for the 1991 model year to take advantage of the tax rebates of the <1000cc class (while the other, larger-engined Uno models remained under their original denominations like Uno SX and so forth) but in the early 2000s, as only the 1000cc model remained in the lineup it was renamed as Fiat Mille, completely dropping the "Uno" from the model name. Later, in 2012, a new Fiat Uno was introduced in Brazil while the old one was dropped to the bottom of their product line, still named simply "Fiat Mille". This can be easily checked by visiting www.fiat.com.br and checking the official model names. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.38.151.145 (talk) 01:48, 15 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
