I couldn't find a WikiProject for book details, so I made up my own format. Scanned cover under fair use (posted on Wikipedia:Fair use).

Extra info needed:

• In Chapter 1, a better reference to Tom Wolf's article - eg, title? - than given in C&SA
• Is "Tom Wolf" Tom Wolfe or someone else?
• Differences between 1985 edition and expanded edition (1990) - just the extra info in Chapter 8?
