This article should be deleted the way it is right now, and its doubtful whether the UN appointed the Pinoy baby as the "7B baby", other news sources say UN did not choose a particular person, like they did when the 6B was reached.
So did Russia (in dutch). It also contains the argumenent that the UN did not choose a particular baby, because the landmark is not really a reason to be only optimistic, as the planet faces quite some problems.
