I am going to change the last assumed-office date for Pavley. For one thing, every other legislator who started at teh beginning of the 2013-2014 session was sworn in on December 3, not December 4. Also there was a floor vote in the Senate on December 3 (http://leginfo.public.ca.gov/pub/13-14/bill/sen/sb_0001-0050/scr_1_vote_20121203_1251PM_sen_floor.html) and Pavley voted. I think that this proves she was sworn in on or before the 3rd, and not on December 4.
