Q1: Why is Grover Cleveland listed as the 22nd AND 24th President? It doesn't make sense for him to be counted twice!

A1: It's how the U.S. government has always done it. We can only use verifiable material from reliable sources, and all of the sources list Cleveland as the 22nd and 24th President. It's not up to us to develop new numbering systems.

Grover Cleveland is a featured article; it (or a previous version of it) has been identified as one of the best articles produced by the Wikipedia community. Even so, if you can update or improve it, please do so.
