The issue I see preventing GA is mainly one of referencing. References 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 12, and 13 are directing wikipedia users to the wrong place (the overarching storm wallet scanning project page rather than the individual discussions referenced). Also, unlike the other storm pages, there is no information regarding whether or not this storm name was retired and/or used again...this information needs to be added.
