This page should not be speedily deleted because there isn't really any correlation between the article described at the AFD and the one I have created.
The discussion there says
"Another lottery winner article with questionable encyclopedic value. Fails WP:BLP1E; only reason for being in the news was winning the lottery while on weekend furlough from prison."
"The individual is notable for two distinct events, either of which might lead to a NOTNEWS/BLP1E argument. The combination does not. JoshuaZ (talk) 14:40, 28 April 2008 (UTC) I assume that the two distinct events you were referring to are "being a criminal" and "winning the lottery". In that case, I'd argue that neither event by itself made this individual notable. Whilst the two together provoked some media interest for a while, a combination of non-notable events do not make a person notable. "
"This is a WP:TABLOID case"
In fact, compared with that discussion, it is clear that Mr. Hoare is no longer primarily notable for winning the lottery on prison; in fact he is subject of a landmark legal case and has received ongoing, non-tabloid coverage, e.g., BBC articles in 2008 (after AFD), 2009, 2011, 2012, 2016. In addition, he is a notorious figure as a criminal in the UK, e.g., see [1] Sumbuddi (talk) 14:59, 26 October 2016 (UTC)
