The Paikiasothy Saravanamuttu Stadium is possibly named after P. Sara, who was Manicasothy's brother. Manicasothy mentions in his memoirs that P. Sara turned to politics and contested two elections to the Ceylon Parliament unsuccessfully, and then died at the age of 58. Penang Pioneer 60.50.38.177 (talk) 16:48, 9 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
