Talk:Mittelstand

The Nazi Section is heavily overweight. The Mittelstand is the stronghold of the German Economy, and object of considerable national pride. German business is not run by big multi nationals but by "average" people. The Nazi references sound like a populist leftist obloquy against the "Spießbürger" in the center of German society. 87.162.187.105 (talk) —Preceding undated comment was added at 12:17, 3 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, you are correct. The Nazi section should be reduced. Overfocus on the WW2 era appears a common problem in many articles about Germany. Tropical wind (talk) 17:31, 14 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

WW2 comments should just not figure here at all. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.17.240.167 (talk) 11:28, 27 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
