Article requests : Implement additional sources; add prose to various sections; fix layout
Cleanup : Take away "HQ" section; per WP:Summary; insert NJ Turnpike Authority throughout route description (RD), where the roadway passes it near exit 11; rewrite route description; remove self published source (Footnote 22); add more sources (from Google maps, Bing maps, etc) in RD section and history section; reorganize Services/Tolls section; take away stand alone "Bridges" section: implement several bridges throughout RD; Popular culture section should use prose; other various fixes.
Copyedit : Grammar; prose; fix up lead
