• "The concurrent county route number is unsigned, as are all county routes in Niagara County." This information appears in the lead, but not in the body.
• The left-alignment of the first image scrunches up the text pretty badly on my monitor. I'd suggest right-aligning it to force it under the infobox. This will also bring it closer to the paragraph about Barker.
• Citations look good.
• The article is sufficiently well-written and appears to be a comprehensive account.
• No problems with neutrality or stability.
