Did You Know
A fact from this article appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the "Did you know?" column on May 2, 2014.
The text of the entry was: Did you know ... that though Przevalski's Nuthatch has been treated as conspecific with the White-breasted Nuthatch, a 2014 phylogenetic study found them to be only distantly related within their genus?

Just a note - I'd put taxonomy as first subsection - we've done that for almost all bird FAs to date - and much of this one is about its taxonomic history in the first instance. I'll go and look at its chum at FAC then return.....Cheers, Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 06:58, 20 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for looking! Will do (but definitely not tonight).--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 07:20, 20 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
