Please don't merge this yet. I think I'm going to try my hand later this week at writing an actual article rather than a stub for this. The Health Informatics article itself is also very sketchy, so it's really not such a good idea to merge a bunch of topics into it without expanding that because it means they will barely get defined in Wikipedia.
