This article keeps getting edited by people that have no idea what their talking about. The Reform Party of New York State was formed by a merger of Stop Common Core and the Reform Party affiliate in New York. If those quotes are correct, the person quoted has no concept of English syntax. If they are written by the Wikipedia editor who added them, or in that person's words, that person has no concept of when to capitalize or other finer points of writing.
