Seeing as this article uses a lot of highly technical terms. I was wondering if it could be simplified in any manner?. I'll try and drop a line at a Wikiproject computers or Computer task force if I can find one. But for anyone who reads this talk page. Maybe they can help get this page simplified so the average user won't be bamboozled by '13 bit drum address'
