Tamsweg (German pronunciation: [ˈtamsˌveːk] ) is a market town in the Austrian state of Salzburg near the border with Styria. It is the administrative centre of the eponymous Tamsweg District (Bezirk) and the largest town of the Salzburg Lungau region.
