Tanworth-in-Arden (/ˈtænwərθ ɪn ˈɑːrdən/; often abbreviated to Tanworth) is a village and civil parish in the county of Warwickshire, England. It is 12.5 miles (20 km) south-southeast of Birmingham, 5.5 miles (9 km) north-east of Redditch and 8 miles (13 km) south-southwest of Solihull and is administered by Stratford-on-Avon District Council. Situated in the far west of the county and close to the Worcestershire border, the civil parish is larger than the village, and includes Tanworth-in-Arden itself plus the nearby settlements of Earlswood, Wood End, Forshaw Heath, Aspley Heath and Danzey Green.[1] The population of the parish was 3,228 at the 2021 UK census.[2]
