Tarebia granifera, common name (in the aquarium industry) the quilted melania,[1] is a species of freshwater snail with an operculum, an aquatic gastropod mollusk in the family Thiaridae.[2]

This snail is native to south-eastern Asia, but it has become established as an invasive species in numerous other areas.
