Tataki

Skipjack tuna tataki (カツオのたたき, katsuo no tataki).

Two methods of preparing fish or meat in Japanese cuisine are called tataki or tosa-mi. In Japanese, tataki (たたき) means "pounded" or "hit into pieces".[1]
