Tavastia (Old Norse: Tafæistaland; Swedish: Tavastland; Finnish: Häme; Old Russian Ямь or Емь) is a historical province in the south of Finland. It borders Finland Proper, Satakunta, Ostrobothnia, Savonia and Uusimaa.
