TAXAN was[1] a brand of Kaga Electronics Co. Ltd, Tokyo, Japan. It was founded in July 1981.[2] In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the US division published several video games on the NES and Game Boy.[3][4] The company shut down in 1991 according to former employee Ken Lobb.[5]
