hpt-hpt t’ ("[year] 77") tkyn’ hwl’s s’n MLKA ("Tegin, King of Khorasan"). The date is in the post-
Yazdegerd III era, and corresponds to 728 CE, attributing it to the reign of Tegin Shah.
