Telman Khorenovich Gdlyan (Russian: Те́льман Хоре́нович Гдлян Armenian: Թելման Խորենի Գդլյան, romanized: Telman Khoreni Gdlyan) is a Soviet and Russian public and statesman of Armenian origin.[1][2][3]
He is best known for his work as part of the investigative group of the USSR Prosecutor General's Office (the "Gdlyan-Ivanov group"), which investigated corruption in the highest echelons of power in Uzbekistan and began collecting evidence of bribery by senior leaders of the USSR.[4][5][6][7] He lives in Moscow.[8]
