This template goes at the top of talk pages for ANI archives. It uses {{Section sizes}} to automatically generate a table of section sizes for the attached Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents archive page. See it in action, for example, at Wikipedia talk:Administrators' noticeboard/IncidentArchive1000.
To specify the archive number, it uses the following code to strip it from {{PAGENAME}}:
{{#invoke:string|sub|{{#titleparts:{{PAGENAME}}}}|44}}
That is to say, it uses the string functions extension to take a string starting from the 44th position.
