Shows the status of a backlog and, if it has dated subcategories that are over a week old, links to them.
For example, Category:Wikipedia files with unknown source has a few subcategories with names like "Wikipedia files with unknown source as of (some date here)". (The date refers to the upload date of the files in the category.) If the category for 8 days ago exists, this template will display the text "1-day backlog" and list the category in the collapsed box; for 9 days ago, 2-day; and so on up to 16 days, beyond which this template will simply say "Huge backlog".
