Volunteers of The 10,000 Challenge at WikiProject Canada use this template to distribute Maple Leaf Awards on an annual or semi-annual basis (see the challenge's award page for more information).
To give out awards, visit the challenge contributor's talk page, create a new section with a title like "WikiProject Canada 10,000 Challenge award", and then paste in appropriate versions of this template. It must always be substituted (see the copy-and-paste examples below); if it is transcluded instead, links in the template will eventually break.
The recipient's username, and the awarding editor's signature and timestamp are added automatically.
