This template is used to notify users about pages that have been nominated for speedy deletion. Specifically, it is used for pages that have been nominated under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, "no indication of importance (individuals, animals, organizations, web content)". This template is usually used in conjunction with {{db-a7}}; for other speedy deletion notification templates see the table to the right.
This is a generic template for articles that fall under A7. Normally a more specific notice should be used, depending on the type of article being nominated. For articles about real people, use {{db-bio-notice}}; for articles about musicians and musical ensembles, use {{db-band-notice}}; for articles about companies and organizations, use {{db-inc-notice}}; for articles about websites and web content, use {{db-web-notice}}; and for articles about individual animals, use {{db-animal-notice}}.
