- IIHFnation – The name of the country of the association.
- logoimage – The logo of the association. Include only the name of the file. Do not include brackets, pixels, etc.
- organization – The name of the organization. Will default to the page name if not used.
- founded – The year/date that the association was founded, if prior to joining the IIHF. use {{Start date}}
- joined – The year/date that the association joined the IIHF.
- president – The president of the association.
- history – For countries with varying national affiliation. See examples below.
- mens_ranking – The IIHF ranking of the country's men's national ice hockey team.
- womens_ranking – The IIHF ranking of the country's wommen's national ice hockey team.
- website – The url of the association. Use {{URL}}.
