By default, this uses only the article's name as the search term. You can add synonyms using the "synonym1", "synonym2", and "synonym3" parameters. For example, on the pseudomembranous colitis talk page, you might have the following. Note the "+" being used for the space -- this is essential because this term is used in the URL portion of the wikilink.
