Free Radio Santa Cruz has been added to this template twice now, but doesn't really belong here. Its not because its a pirate station; rather, FRSC isn't really a "Bay Area" radio station. Note that no other Santa Cruz stations are listed on this template: I'd expect to see (at least) KZSC KAZU KWAV and KPIG on this list. Hmm, KPIG-AM is bay area. Since I broke up the list of stations into various areas/markets, I re-added FRSC to the Santa Cruz listings. I may break off Santa Cruz/Salinas/Monterrey into its own nav box. Though it is a pirate station, I think FRSC deserves to be listed, since it does have a long local presence and is noteworthy.
