I think the template should include CHEX 21 (CBC, Oshawa). (If we were in the habit of spelling out the formal -TV suffixes, CHEX-TV-2. I think it should be listed. especially since CHEX used to be carried on cable systems in the Scarborough area. not too sure if it still is, though.
