Thantlang (Burmese: ထန်တလန်မြို့; MLCTS: htan ta. lan mrui., pronounced [tʰàɰ̃təlàɰ̃ mjo̰]; also Thlantlang or Htantlang in Burmese transliteration) is a town and the administrative center of Thantlang Township in Chin State,[1] western Myanmar (formerly Burma).
Chin state is comprised of nine Townships – Tonzang, Tedim, Falam, Hakha, Thantlang, Matupi, Mindat, Kanpalet and Paletwa. New three sub-townships have been established – Cikha, Rih and Rizau respectively. Hakha is the capital of Chin state and Matupi was officially proclaimed as the Second Capital.
