The Chevy Chase Land Company is a real estate holding and development company based in suburban Washington, D.C.

Founded in 1890 by Francis G. Newlands to develop all-white residential suburbs,[1] it continues to operate today as a privately held firm.[2] Among the company's developments are the Village of Chevy Chase; other parts of Chevy Chase, Maryland; and the Chevy Chase area of Washington, D.C.
