The Lawrence Foundation is a private family foundation in the United States focused on making grants to support environmental, education, human services and other causes.[2] It makes both program and operating grants and does not have any geographical restrictions. Nonprofit organizations that qualify for public charity status under section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code or other similar organizations are eligible for grants from The Lawrence Foundation.
