The Wendy's Company is an American parent company[7] for the major fast food chain Wendy's. Originally founded as the Deisel-Wemmer Company, it is sourced in Dublin, Ohio.[8] The company's principal subsidiary, Wendy's International, is the franchisor of Wendy's restaurants.
