Thirachai Phuvanatnaranubala (Thai: ธีระชัย ภูวนาถนรานุบาล, RTGS: Thirachai Phuwanatnaranuban; born December 21, 1951) is a Thai economist and politician. From 2003 to 2011 he was the Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand and Chairman of the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF). From 2011 to 2012 he was the Finance Minister of Thailand.
