Thom Brodeur is an American businessman, brand builder and philanthropist. Brodeur is the founder and chief executive officer of Brodeur Beauty – a company that brings disruptive beauty brands to market and that owns the internationally renowned Reina Belleza Universo [Queen Beauty Universe] beauty competition. Recently rebranded Queen Beauty, the name has been licensed to New York-based digital media and production company Elizabeth Miles who recently launched a streaming TV network dedicated to beauty, fashion and pageant content called The Queen Beauty Network. Brodeur Beauty also operates Brodeur Beauties - a coaching business that specializes in strategy, personal branding, styling and social media strategy for pageant queens, models and beauty influencers from all over the world.

Brodeur has been recognized as a visionary CEO, and as an outspoken advocate for women in the technology and beauty industries for decades, and has been featured in media around the world including CW, Yahoo!
