Thomas L. Monahan III is chief executive officer (CEO) and president of DeVry University, a for-profit higher education institution.[1][2] He previously was CEO of CEB, which was acquired by Gartner, before resigning in 2017.[3][4] He is chairman of ProKarma and a board member of Transunion.[5][6]
