Thronefall is an upcoming strategy video game developed and published by Grizzly Games. It was released in early access for Windows on August 2, 2023.[2][3] In the game, players control a monarch on horseback who must build their kingdom during the day, and at night defend it from increasing waves of enemies. The monarch can fight in battle alongside their soldiers, choosing between several weapons such as a bow or spear, which have their own special abilities. At the start of each day, the player regains all their destroyed buildings and units, and receives an amount of gold depending upon how many of their structures were left intact.[3][4]
