Time in Ukraine is defined as UTC+02:00 and in summer as UTC+03:00. Part of Eastern European Time, it is locally referred to as Kyiv Time (Ukrainian: Київський час, romanized: Kyivskyi chas). On 16 July 2024, the Ukrainian parliament voted to cease observing daylight saving time. Ukraine will transition to winter time at 03:00 on 27 October and will no longer observe summer time.[1]
