Dato' Toh Chin Yaw (born 18 June 1955) is a Malaysian politician. He had served as a member of the Terengganu State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Barisan Nasional (BN) state administration under Menteri Besar Idris Jusoh and Ahmad Said as well as Member of the Terengganu State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Bandar from March 2004 to May 2013. He is a member of the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA), a component party of the BN coalition.[1]
