Thomas Segun Ilube CBE (/ɪˈluːbeɪ/ il-OO-bay;[1] born July 1963)[2] is a British entrepreneur and educational philanthropist and chair of the Rugby Football Union[3] making him the first black chair of a major sport in England.[4] He is the Chair of The Prince’s Trust in the UK.[5]
