Tom Plant is an American politician who served four terms as a member of the Colorado House of Representatives, representing the 13th district in northcentral Colorado. A Democrat, he served in the state house from 1999 to 2007.[1][2] In 2023, Plant was appointed by the Governor of Colorado and affirmed by the Colorado State Senate to serve as one of three members of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. His term ends in 2027.[3]
